Return Policy
Effective April 22, 2025
At Walls Studio, all of our products are custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged during transit or there was an error on our part.
When We Accept Returns
We will repair, replace, or refund your order only if:
- The item was damaged during shipping
- We made a mistake in production (wrong size, fabric, or design not matching the confirmed order)
What To Do If Your Item Arrives Damaged
If your package arrives with visible damage:
- Do not accept the delivery without inspecting the contents.
- If the item is damaged, refuse the shipment and ask the carrier to return it to us.
- If damage is discovered after delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours with:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number

Incorrect or Defective Product?
If your order doesn’t match your confirmed specifications, notify us within 5 days of delivery. Once we confirm the issue was on our end, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Please Note:
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.
- Items must not be used, installed, or altered in any way.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Refusing delivery without cause may result in forfeiture of the order.
