WALLS STUDIO WARRANTY INFORMATION
Thank you for choosing Walls Studio for your exclusive furniture needs. As an industry leader in high-quality, fashion-forward custom furniture, we have made every effort to meet your expectations. We are pleased to offer the following limited warranty for your custom-made furniture.

WALLS STUDIO PRODUCT:
Walls Studio offers a limited warranty for all custom-made upholstered furniture products.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.If any defects are found during the warranty period, Walls Studio will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the customer.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM:
To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact Walls Studio within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase. Walls Studio may require the customer to provide additional information, photographs, or other evidence of the defect before authorizing a repair or replacement.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Walls Studio for its custom-made upholstered furniture products, and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Walls Studio shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of its products, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or other economic losses. Walls Studio's liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as provided in this warranty statement.
This warranty applies only to products used for residential purposes, and does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, commercial, contract, rental, institutional, industrial, or other non-residential use. Additionally, transportation, packaging. delivery, and/or freight costs are not covered by this warranty. Walls Studio may or may not elect to pay for such costs at its discretion.
To be eligible for this warranty, the product must be utilized under normal household use and conditions, and maintained in accordance with Walls Studio's care instructions. If the retailer's care instructions are contrary to Walls Studio's care instructions, Walls Studio's care instructions shall prevail, and violation of these care instructions will nullify this warranty. Any abuse or neglect will also void this warranty.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
In no event will Walls Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as damage to other property owned by the buyer or third parties, or personal injuries sustained by the buyer or third parties. Any item repaired or replaced under the warranty will be covered by the warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Walls Studio, and is in lieu of all other warranties, oral or written, expressed or implied. No one, including Walls Studio employees or agents, is authorized to assume any additional liability or responsibility in connection with Walls Studio's products, except as described above.
Any motors or lift mechanisms installed in our furniture, such as those used in window treatments or TV lifts and other 3rd party mechanisms are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Any issues or defects related to these components should be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Walls Studio will assist in facilitating any necessary repairs or replacements covered under the manufacturer's warranty, but is not responsible for any costs or damages related to these components beyond what is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
This warranty gives the customer specific legal rights, and the customer may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

SAFETY INFORMATION

FURNITURE AND WALL PANELS
1. To prevent tipping, do not allow children to climb or hang on panels, drawers or shelves.

2. Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight or near heat sources to prevent fading or warping.

3. Do not place hot objects directly on furniture surfaces as it may cause discoloration or damage.

4. Follow assembly instructions carefully to ensure stability and safety of furniture.                               

 5. Periodically check and tighten all hardware, such as screws and bolts, to maintain the structural integrity of the furniture.

6. Keep furniture away from open flames or smoking materials to prevent fire hazards.                   

7. Use furniture polish or cleaning solutions recommended by the manufacturer to maintain the appearance of the furniture and wall panels.

8. Avoid placing heavy or oversized items on the wall panels, as this may cause them to warp, bend or sag over time.

9. Do not lean heavy objects against the wall panels, as this may also cause damage or distortion to the material.

10. Walls Studio is not responsible for any damage caused to the wall panels due to improper hanging or installation of any items on the surface of the panels.

ROLLER SHADES AND ROMAN SHADES:
1. Keep cords out of reach of children to prevent strangulation or entanglement.
2. Do not tie cords together or loop them around a cleat as it may create a dangerous condition.
3. Use cord cleats provided by the manufacturer to secure cords out of reach of children and pets.
4. Do not allow children to play with or near window treatments.
5. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper installation and operation of the shades.
6. Inspect cords and hardware periodically for wear and tear, and replace them if they are damaged.
7. Do not attempt to repair or modify shades yourself as it may cause damage or create a safety hazard.
8. If the shades are not operating properly, discontinue use immediately and contact the manufacturer for assistance.

GLASS AND MIRRORS
1. Do not use abrasive or ammonia-based cleaners on the mirror and glass surface as they can cause damage and discoloration.
2. Avoid touching the mirror or glass surface with sharp or pointed objects that can scratch or damage the surface.
3. Keep mirrors or glass out of reach of children, and ensure that they are securely mounted to prevent them from being knocked over or pulled off the wall.
4. If the mirror or glass is located in an area with high humidity or moisture, such as a bathroom, take care to prevent water from getting behind the mirror as it can cause damage or promote mold growth.

5. Do not attach anything to the mirror or glass itself, such as hooks or brackets, as it can cause damage or compromise its structural integrity.
6. If you need to move or reposition the mirror or the glass, use caution and ensure that it is properly secured to prevent it from falling or shifting.
